At Sea Star Beau Rivage Hotel, we are committed to responsible tourism and to protecting the natural and social environment in which we operate. Through continuous sustainable practices across our daily operations, we work to reduce our environmental impact while maintaining a high standard of guest comfort and service.

Our initiatives focus on reducing energy and water consumption, minimizing food waste, improving waste segregation and recycling, promoting sustainable landscaping, and increasing environmental awareness among our team and guests through ongoing training and awareness activities.

Through continuous monitoring and improvement, we aim to conserve natural resources, improve operational efficiency and contribute to a more sustainable future for our hotel, our community and the Red Sea environment.

2Refillable Dispensers
Use refillable dispensers instead of small plastic bottles where appropriate.
3Energy-Saving Equipment
Replace soup boilers and toasters and upgrade refrigeration units to higher-efficiency systems.
4Eco-Friendly Chemicals
Use approved, eco-friendly chemicals where suitable for hotel operations.
5Automatic Chemical Dosing
Use automatic dosing systems in glass washers instead of manual detergent dosing to improve control and reduce chemical waste.
6AC Condensate Reuse
Collect and reuse suitable AC condensate water for irrigation and cleaning purposes to reduce fresh-water consumption.

Our Green Star Journey

Sea Star Beau Rivage Hotel is committed to strengthening its environmental and social practices and continuously improving its sustainability performance.

The hotel has previously achieved Three Green Stars under the Green Star Hotel Programme for the validity period January 2024–January 2026. The certificate confirms that the hotel fulfilled the Green Star Hotel standards based on the Global Sustainable Tourism Criteria.

We are continuing our sustainability journey with ongoing improvements across environmental management, energy and water efficiency, waste reduction, food and beverage operations, awareness, landscaping and community engagement.

The previous certificate was valid from January 2024 to January 2026. Current certification status should be updated here once the renewed certificate is issued.
